More than just a gaming platform, Gempak9 is a community — a place where Malaysian players come together to enjoy safe, fair, and entertaining experiences every day. We exist because of you, and we keep growing for you.
Gempak9 wasn't built overnight. We started in 2018 with one simple goal — to give Malaysian players access to an online gaming experience that is truly safe, fair, and enjoyable. At the time, the industry was still largely dominated by foreign platforms that didn't understand the needs and habits of local users.
Our team, made up mostly of Malaysians, understands that our players want something different — a Malay-language interface, familiar payment methods like DuitNow and Touch 'n Go eWallet, and a support team you can communicate with without the hassle of translation. That's why Gempak9 was built from the ground up with a strong Malaysian DNA.
Our Mission: To be Malaysia's most trusted online gaming platform by always prioritising member safety, gaming enjoyment, and ease across every aspect of our service.
Today, Gempak9 has grown into one of Malaysia's most active gaming platforms with over 250,000 registered members. Yet despite this rapid growth, we have never forgotten where we came from — or who we serve.
"We don't just want players on our platform — we want them to feel safe, valued, and entertained every time they log in. That's what drives us every day."
Every feature on our platform exists for one reason — to make your experience better
The gempak9 platform is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption, two-factor authentication (2FA), and round-the-clock security monitoring by our dedicated technical team.

Behind every platform feature, every promotional campaign, and every service decision are core values that guide the Gempak9 team. These values aren't just written on an office wall — they're practised every day by every member of our team.
Player data and fund security is an absolute priority we never compromise for cost or operational convenience.
Bonus terms, game odds, and all our policies are written clearly and in plain language. No misleading fine print.
Every business decision starts with one question — is this good for our players? If not, we won't do it.
Gempak9 never stops improving. We constantly listen to player feedback and make updates based on real needs.
"I've tried many other platforms, but Gempak9 is genuinely different. Fast withdrawals, and customer support that actually responds in Malay. No headaches."
